Gary Frimann, CRS,GRI REALTOR                     
Gary is the Broker/Owner of Signature Homes & Estates.  He started his real estate career in 1986 as a residential lender for Security Pacific Bank.  He later worked for various mortgage companies before becoming a Realtor.  He later got his Broker's license in 2001, and after a brief time working for a large national franchise, decided that opening his own office and surrounding himself with true professionals was more of his liking.  He is adamant about all real estate being local, and non-franchise companies are best for the client, simply because they work FOR the client only, not for shareholders of some major corporation.  He has continued his education by holding National Association of Realtors designations such as GRI- Graduate, Realtor Institute, ABR- Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABRM-Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager, CRB- Certified Residential Brokerage Manager, SRES- Seniors Real Estate Specialist, CRS- Certified Residential Specialist, ALHS- Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and an ePRO- which is a certification for Real Estate computer proficiency.  He holds more desginations than any other Realtor in the South County. 
Besides handling client's residential houseing needs, Mr. Frimann is an expert on 1031 Exchanges for his investor clients and also handles commercial transactions.  He is also the owner of Signature Financial the mortgage arm of his company.  He is also the owner of Eagle Ridge Realty, which  specializes in seller and buyer representation in the Eagle Ridge Golf Community of Gilroy.
To return service to the community, Mr. Frimann is also the Real Estate instructor at Gavilan College, the local community college in Gilroy, and serves as a committee member for the California Association of Realtors.  Locally, he serves the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors as a member of the Government Relations Committee and Education Committee.  A graduate of UCSB, Mr. Frimann later went on to earn his MS.

Nicki Kuzn

Nicki Kuzn is a Gilroy resident, and has also lived in numerous places in Santa CLara County.  She has sold homes in various places of the Bay Area, and has closed every transaction she has listed!  She was our agent of the month, not once, but twice in 2005-2006.  Her attention to detail, knowledge and excellent negotiating skills has made her a favorite amongst her clients.

She joined her husband in the real estate field after owning and running Avery's Gift and China store for over 18 years.
Her keen sense of decorating and dedication to her client's needs makes her a wonderful agent.  She currently holds her CRS Designation, SRES Designation, ALHS Designation, and ePRO certification.  She sold her first house within two months of becoming a Realtor and has served many satisfied customers since.  Nancy also currently sits on the Technology and Education Committee for the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, and is an active contributor to 
Habitat for Humanity.
